2. The collaboration
At the start of the mission, we assign a property hunter to your search. The hunter will meet with you to go into more details about your search criteria and will accompany you until your project becomes a reality.
3. The search
We start by searching for properties available on platforms, contacting our network of agencies, private individuals and professionals. This enables us to identify properties that may be of interest to you.
4. The visit
We visit the property with you, identify any areas of attention and advise you, taking into account your specific project.
5. The negotiation
We estimate the right price for the property that appeals to you, based on the reality of the property market, and negotiate the purchase offer on your behalf.
6. The keys
We review the legal documents in conjunction with the notaries and carry out the usual checks. Huntrz.immo is with you every step of the way until you have the keys to your new home!
